an amazing stay!

Sam at the front desk provided really good assistance. He arranged a tuk-tuk to the killing fields and s21 camp. he always greeted us with a smile and addressed our needs promptly when we needed a later checkout. the hotel's cleanliness is excellent and i noticed the rooftop pool offered refreshing views after a day of exploring.

i noticed the hotel's book contains numerous rules. it mentioned potential charges for various services. this created a less cute atmosphere .

the staff was kind and accommodating, they were great too ensure all needs were met. i found the team proactive and always willing to assist with any requests. i noticed a high level of professionalism in their interactions.

the beautiful double room was spacious and well-lit, i really liked it. the large bed had comfy linens and plenty of room for luggage was available. i found the air conditioning to be very effective.

the restaurant offered delicious food and the setting was lovely and inviting. breakfast had plenty of options and i enjoyed the local cambodian dishes offered. i also appreciated the attentive service in the dining area.

the rooftop infinity pool was a notable feature that i enjoyed. the expansive panoramic view from the pool area was really amazing. i also appreciated the sky bar located on the fourteenth floor, with the most wonderful service.

the staff were really helpful and informative. the front of house manager was really good. i want to thank him for making my stay nice. the hotel location was good, near the sky bar and pool.

i found a big book full of rules in the room. they seemed to want to charge me for everything. this didn't feel very cute. they said parking was free, but my girlfriend had to pay for the car. this is not okay!

The staff provided attentive service and always had a smile on their faces, which i found wonderful. the rooftop pool was a real highlight. The view from up there, especially at night, was amazing!!!

the shower drainage wasn't perfect, so water sometimes leaked into the toilet area, but it was very minor.
