excellent breakfast comfortable room

i found the breakfast variety excellent. the rooms also seemed comfortable to me. the staff helped to arrange a cake, and everyone looked after us.

the pool was a little cold for swimming, especially for kids.

the staff being helpful and check-in and check-out being easy was acceptable.

the remote for the air conditioning didn't work properly it really bothered me. i thought they would fix it quickly, but nothing happened. it seems like they just ignored it.

spacious rooms clean rooms comfortable bed shuttle service

The rooms were spacious and clean. the beds were very comfortable. I fell asleep quickly each night. a free shuttle provided transport to main attractions, that was very useful for me. most of the staff were well-mannered and always ready to assist.

The location was a bit far from the city center. I found it a little unsettling at times.

The hotel restaurant offered a very nice breakfast buffet. I found a lot of good options. the quality of the food was high. The presentation of each dish showed attention to detail. i tried the local pastries, those were freshly baked.

the apartment included a well-equipped kitchen, it allowed me to prepare meals. the bathroom featured a separate shower and a bathtub. i noticed fresh towels were provided daily without me needing to ask.

The guest relations team was very responsive, they answered my questions quickly. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, they were helpful, polite. i felt very well looked after. It was a big plus.
