fantastic stay at a beautiful building

great service beautiful grounds quick housekeeping

the service was great (starting with alice from the parking garage!), and every staff member was polite and helpful. the hotel's beautiful and well-kept grounds enhanced the town's charm. the housekeeping was quick and effective. My room was always clean after breakfast.

the spa treatments didn't quite meet my expectations. the massage felt too soft, even after requesting stronger pressure. the spa space, however, is gorgeous (with its jacuzzi and sauna).

My junior suite felt very private, despite opening onto the hotel terrace. the room was pristine and well kept. It provided a quiet and restful atmosphere . i appreciated the thoughtful touches, especially the high-quality linens.

the breakfast was amazing! the restaurant offered amazing food and service in a beautiful setting, so i dined there most evenings. i especially enjoyed the carefully curated menus that highlighted local ingredients. every meal was a good culinary experience.

the spa limited the number of guests (only 4 ). i loved the pool jets! the hotel is located above the town, and it is walkable to all of the sites.

the staff assisted with parking. the breakfast had a variety of choices and was high quality.

The spa massage did not meet my expectations. It felt too soft. the spa facilities are nice. the massage was unclear even after i requested stronger pressure.

Really good Service and Beautiful Surroundings

The staff were friendly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. The pool area remained quiet, a comfortable respite. The food at the bar was good. My room was kept meticulously clean and tidy. It was a good experience.

The hotel parking entrance IS narrow.
