The hotel was very central, near the trevi fountain. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the rooms were lovely and had a lot of amenities included. Water was replenished every day. the breakfast buffet had lots of options, i found everything to be very fresh.

the lights in the room were motion activated! if you use the restroom and don't shake your hands every few seconds, the lights go out. there was no way to keep them on for more than 10-15 seconds unless you are triggering them, very annoying!

The hotel included a rooftop bar! it featured a wide selection of cocktails and offered panoramic city views. the hotel also provided a 24-hour concierge service. Staff was readily available to assist with any inquiries.

Our beautiful double room included a king-sized bed and a spacious seating area. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Towels were plush and changed daily. the room had complimentary wifi and a tv with satellite channels.

the breakfast service was slow, and it was often difficult to get the attention of the staff, even for basic requests like water. i found a used sock left by a previous guest, and the cleaning team placed it on our table. some restaurant recommendations were disappointing, and we were seated in undesirable locations at a partner restaurant.
