the breakfast had many options. the gym had several machines for a good workout (i used the treadmill). the pool area was large and clean.

the bathroom had a glass wall facing the room. i found the water pressure in the bathroom to be weak. i also noticed the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

The valet services are available upon arrival at the lobby when you drive to the hotel it is super convenient. The lobby is really huge with many comfortable seating areas I appreciated this after long days. The pool is amazing with two water slides it was a great experience for my family. Our room was super clean and the bed was comfy I slept soundly each night.

I encountered an unpleasant urine smell from the bathroom upon arrival I wish this was addressed more thoroughly.

The housekeeping team changed our guest bedsheets every day of our stay I really appreciate that they did it without even needing a request. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food to choose from catering to different tastes and preferences.

The breakfast had a nice selection. The pool was big, good (i swam for almost an hour). The staff were polite and friendly. Parking was available.

The water pressure in the bathroom was weak. The bathroom also had a glass wall overlooking the room, which wasn't ideal.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. the food quality was good. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the convenient buggy service to the parking building, located a distance from the hotel.

During my visit, my husband's toe suffered a deep cut from broken swimming pool tiles. there was no warning sign about the broken tiles. i was disappointed that the receptionist offered no compensation. She dismissed us by saying 'ok have a nice day'.
