lovely stay with really good service

convenient shuttlerelaxing onsenideal location

i loved my time here the shuttle service from the ferry terminal was so convenient it made arrival smooth the staff were kind and helpful especially nakamura he were really nice too ensure i seemed like royalty the onsen was relaxing. i appreciated the traditional ryokan feel mixed with western comfort my room was spacious. it created a unique atmosphere. the location was ideal. i had easy access to everything.

the tv in my room was a bit older than i expected and it could use a little update.

tatami matscrowded onsen

The room seemed a bit dated and not as clean as i expected. i noticed some stains on the tatami mats. also, the onsen was overly crowded in the evening. It felt more like a public pool than a relaxing spa experience, especially after a long day.

the hotel provided free shuttle service to the ferry station. the spacious room included convenient beds. the quiet location ensured a restful stay. this was very handy after a day of exploring.

some of the shoji screens looked damaged and looked fixed with white paper, a small detail.

amazing stay!

i stayed here for two nights and it was worth it!!! the location is perfect, close to the shrine. the hotel held our bags so i could explore the island without being weighed down. i also used the free shuttle service from the hotel back to the ferry terminal, a great time saver! the room attendant gave really good service!!!

I was told that the bar and restaurant were fully booked!!! i later found they were both empty. Very disappointing.
