My room had a fine city view, especially at night. The Toyosu train station was directly below, providing easy access to many districts. Several good restaurants were located below the hotel and near the Lalaport shopping complex.

I found the entrance somewhat confusing to locate, and I did not see any staff to assist at the entrance. It could benefit from clearer signage or more readily available assistance.

The breakfast at the penthouse restaurant included a variety of options. I particularly enjoyed trying the Japanese-style pizza. The amazing view. The lady server ensured a pleasant seating arrangement.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the station. I could easily walk through exit 2b to reach a shopping area with many food options and a supermarket. This made exploring the surrounding area very convenient.

i appreciated the proximity to the metro station and the bus to the airport. the japanese bath is a must after a long day of walking it's just what you need. the room was spacious nice and neat with a good shower.
