magnificent viewcomfortable couchjapanese massageconfusing check-in

The hotel was fine, with magnificent views that stretched across the bay. our room reminded me of a luxurious suite. It included a comfortable couch, a separate entry hall, and a spacious walk-in shower. We loved every moment. the spa centre was a haven of tranquility, the japanese massage relieved all the tension after exploring for days. nearby, the local train offered convenient access, and across the road, a variety of affordable restaurants awaited.

the check-in process was a little confusing, staff directed us to a machine, yet others checked in at the front desk. the machine didn't work correctly, and front desk staff had limited english. we did lose time during this step.

The hotel includes onsen facilities with multiple pools, offering river views. I adored the complimentary ramen provided at night. a gym is available. It includes treadmills and stationary bikes. massage chairs can be found near the large public bath.

The hotel is right near the toyosu market, great for exploration. We loved the proximity to the train line that provides city access. convenience stores like 7-eleven are close by. a drug store is easily accessible too.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of sashimi, soups, and western food. the staff refilled items quickly. we loved the vending machine. It provided drinks and microwavable meals on our floor.

The staff was quick and efficient. amenities, such as combs, hairbands, and cotton pads, were readily available in the lobby. It added to our convenience. the hotel also arranged an airport bus that departs multiple times daily.

Our room had a lovely view of the bay, especially at night. the room included two separate sinks. I appreciate having a rainfall shower. It felt luxurious. the beds were very comfortable, and the room felt spacious.
