great stay near the station

Finding the hotel was easy as the main train station is a point of reference. the staff were very helpful when the main water line had issues. i received cute gifts and a handwritten letter in my room. the staff was nice. They helped an elderly couple ahead of me.
the soundproofing was not great, so i was woken up multiple times by people slamming doors. this affected my sleep quality.

the reception staff offered super assistance, giving great suggestions for local spots for czech food. they were cute and always ready to help. the overall service.

the location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station. many main attractions are within walking distance. it offered easy access to public transportation and the neighborhood had nice restaurants.

the hotel itsself it's fine. it is near the central station, just a short walk. staff are so polite and helpful. i like the free minibar with beer, white wine and chocolate. i appreciated the large room and a cleaver design.
the costumer service not very good. the room was too hot, there no a/c. open window it isn't an good option as noise very loud.

the hotel benefits from great location. it sits very near the main train station. vaclav square is also close, it's a 10 minute walk.

the room had clever design with adjustable heating, it allows for precise control. windows does open, allowing fresh air. the shower it had good pressure with super clean bathroom.

breakfast it was really good, really really good. a lot of delicious option are available, including for vegetarians. new food are replenished rapidly, ensures always fresh.

the location of the hotel worked out well for me. it was easy to get around from there. the room had a good size (i felt comfortable). i also appreciated the friendly staff.
the room got noisy at times (i had trouble sleeping). the pillows were not very comfortable. the beds felt hard.

the location rocks it is right by the main train station i could easily hop on a train to explore other cities the rooms are really spacious and have a modern vibe i even got a welcome note with chocolates and water it made me feel so special
the room had these huge windows but the curtains let in a lot of light i woke up super early every day because of it the shower was also weird hot and cold water came out at the same time it was not fun the breakfast was ok but the tables weren't cleaned fast enough sometimes

The location is central with easy access to main areas. It is also near public transport.
The room was not cleaned between one night and the other. The mini-bar was empty. I also found the sweet breakfast to be meagre.

Acceptable stay, some disappointments

The hotel's location near the railway station proved very convenient for transportation (it certainly saved time).
The cleaning schedule felt disruptive. Our room was cleaned very late in the afternoon, between 2 and 4 pm. It felt irritating to return to the room after a day out, only to find it not yet serviced. I also found it inconvenient that there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. I had to go to the lobby each time.
