My room was very beautiful, it had a large mirror. The room also featured a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. I appreciated finding a bottle of champagne in my room upon arrival. The hotel provided complimentary toiletries of high quality.

The gym is a bit small.

The location is superb. It is near to a shopping center. Public transport is easily accessible, and it's only a short walk to the Old Town. The hotel is situated on a peaceful side street.

The staff was efficient and helpful throughout my stay. They assisted with dinner reservations and any other requests I made. The hotel even took care of parking my car. I did not have to make any effort.

excellent accommodation close to everything

great air conditioning helpful staff central location

the air conditioning worked well. the front desk staff provided helpful information. massage services at the sister hotel were great. the location allowed easy walks to many attractions. i stayed in the martini suite and it was superb. the hotel was quiet at night, which allowed restful sleep.

i found that the minibar items were not complimentary.

heated floor great variety convenient location

the room had a heated bathroom floor this was a nice feature the breakfast offered great variety i found many options i enjoyed the hotel's convenient location it was easy to walk to many landmarks

there was rarely anyone at the reception desk upon entering the hotel that felt strange

acceptable stay with some issues

outdated room poor service

the hotel was conveniently located near the train station, easing my arrival.

The room i received, a beautiful double or twin room, felt somewhat outdated. the window offered a view directly onto a concrete wall, it was not appealing. moreover, the staff did not bring coffee at breakfast. I had to request it each morning, this contrasts with the service other guests received.
