kind receptionist complimentary vouchers tasty burger
the receptionist were kind. they gave complimentary vouchers for swimming. the bohemia restaurant have tasty burger with fries. breakfast was also good.

balanced stay
clean rooms wifi access daily cleaning service non-working blinds no running water uninformed lunch
the rooms were clean. they had wifi and ac. the daily cleaning service kept our room tidy, and the bathrooms were restocked. we also got access to the sport venues in the complex.
the blinds controls in the room did not work. the bathtub had no water running one morning. we were not informed about the executive lunch until we arrived at the hotel.

Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location
spacious room comfortable beds free access
I found the family room very spacious. It had comfortable beds. The hotel offered free swimming pool access for one hour daily, based on reservation type (nice perk, actually). Breakfast was excellent, especially the freshly baked pancakes.
The train noise was noticeable at night. I needed earplugs to sleep. I had to keep the windows shut.

The staff was professional (in all areas). The reception offered public transport tickets to the center, a convenient service for exploring the city. The cleaning lady responded immediately when I asked her something.

The hotel features a swimming pool and massage services. There is a fitness area and a sauna area. I also saw a bowling alley and a golf area, though I did not use them.

Breakfast was served in AROME restaurant. The restaurant Bohemia is also available for lunch or dinner. The hotel has a lobby bar.

The location allows quick access to various parts of the area by car. The zoo is reachable within 18 minutes even with saturday traffic. Public transport to the center is accessible.

the breakfast had plenty of buffet options. it was acceptable, i guess.
the trains outside were too loud, it was awful! also, the hotel called itself a wellness hotel. it gave me the wrong idea, since the "spa' facilities do not belong to the hotel. it's a public facility and it was not relaxing at all.

inconsistent room experience
separate building inconvenient service
i wasn't informed our room would be in a separate building it meant dressing warmly to go to breakfast wellness or the restaurant with small kids this was difficult room service wasn't an option either we stayed seven nights and this was a major inconvenience
