I found the staff helpful and friendly. They provided excellent recommendations and were always available via WhatsApp. The breakfast offered many options. I also appreciated the fifth floor, where guests can relax with coffee, tea, and art books ANYTIME.

The late check fee of 25 euros for even within one hour felt a bit steep, even with the free luggage storage.
