The team at reception are so amazing! The room was excellent, with a central location giving walking distance to major museums and the Duomo. I had quick access to famous piazzas, palazzos and shopping. Its perfect! The Ponte Vecchio felt super close too.
My shower was a little small, though I managed just fine.

The hotel benefits from a superb central position! It had easy access to key landmarks and attractions, what a joy! It's just a short walk to the main tourist spots which saved time and energy. I liked this so much.

The breakfast was superior. I found the staff wonderful and helpful.
The air conditioning was broken throughout the entire hotel. It was not resolved even after complaining for two nights. The room became uncomfortably warm, made sleeping difficult. This impacted the quality of my stay, and I was very frustrated by the lack of resolution.

the street noise was pretty bad, even at night. i could hear buses and what i think were garbage trucks all hours. also, the shower was tiny. i'm not a large person and i barely fit. it was like showering in a phone booth.
