I discovered the staff to be wonderfully attentive. They really go the extra mile. Marco was a star at reception. The breakfast catered to my requests each morning, it felt so special. Our suite offered a perfect space, it felt very homely.

the wifi signal sometimes felt a little weak, a minor thing.

i found the room access very straightforward using a code. the reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable. they also provided extra information which i appreciated.

sound isolation was not great i could hear doors opening and people talking in the hallway

breakfast offered nice variety i found that very satisfying. i particularly enjoyed the chef's willingness to cater to individual needs. this personal touch made breakfast a highlight of my day.

my apartment had everything i needed for cooking. the bed was very comfortable. the studio apartment included a kitchenette. i appreciated the cleanliness of the toilet too it added to my comfort.

the hotel offered complete facilities. underground parking was free too i never had to worry about the car. the inner lounges were perfectly designed. the building felt modern and comfortable.
