amazing stay!
modern roomscomfy bednight noise
the location is fine near the lake and shopping areas i found it easy to explore everything. the modern rooms are well equipped and right next to the train station it's super convenient. i loved the comfy bed and big bathroom everything felt fresh and new.
i noticed some noise at night coming from trains and people outside. it was noticeable because of the station and late bar nearby if you are a light sleeper it might be a problem.

the staff members are friendly and helpful offering assistance with directions and recommendations they really go the extra mile. i experienced efficient and pleasant interactions with everyone i encountered making my stay wonderful. the team ensured a seamless experience for all guests

the hotel boasts a beautiful design with a cozy cafe and bar area perfect for working or relaxing. renting e-bikes from the hotel made exploring the charming town super easy. there is also convenient self-check-in using ipads providing great flexibility.

the location is convenient. it is directly across from the bus and train stations. the staff smiled a lot (i found that quite cheerful). the breakfast offered more than i expected from a standard continental breakfast.
There was no fridge in the room. That is unusual for a 4-star hotel. parking spaces are narrow. i drive a c-class, and parking was tricky with cars on both sides (it felt almost impossible).

the staff was very helpful and the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh products. the location is close to the station and public transportation is excellent. the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed.
there was no fridge in the room, unusual and inconvenient. parking is paid and the spaces are narrow. i asked for a late checkout but even 15 minutes would cost extra.

There was no fridge in the room, inconvenient. The parking spaces were narrow. I found parking quite difficult with my car.

THE dog fee was excessive. I PAID chf 75, and it seemed quite high considering the amenities. parking proved challenging. Spaces were very narrow. I drive a C-class, and maneuvering into a spot was difficult.

The room had a very comfy bed. aircon was a bonus. It was much needed. the breakfast was great. I appreciated the variety. the hotel replied quickly to my messages. That was reassuring.
There was no fridge in the room. That was inconvenient. the parking spaces were narrow, i drive a c-class, and parking was difficult. the dog fee was chf 75 for the stay. That felt quite high
