The hotel grounds included a very useful shady lawn and tree area. i was also able to use the golf buggy option to get to the nearby mimosa sandy beach. the bus stop was close. It was about 200 metres from the hotel allowing for easy access to nearby areas.

i found that the all inclusive poolside food was subpar? lukewarm dry chips and nachos were not what i hoped for.

The staff were warm. They were always available to answer questions. every staff member seemed dedicated to guest satisfaction. i found the rooms clean and very well-kept, but the amenities were great. the front desk team was helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable.

the food by the poolside for all inclusive patrons was subpar. lukewarm chips were always available, though.

the sea view from my 'double or twin room side sea view' was more of a sliver i needed binoculars for that i didn't have. i also found the entertainment a bit lacking especially the singers they really needed to switch up their playlists. one night they played the same song twice so the food was also underwhelming the buffet seemed like a culinary purgatory.

The staff were very pleasant and willing to help with any request I had. The hotel offers plenty of parking and the rooms are spacious, including the bathroom. I was impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel.

There was some noise from the air conditioning unit, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. The bed wasn't to my liking, it felt a little too firm for me. I found the pillows somewhat uncomfortable as well.
