the location is superb, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. staff members, especially the general manager, offered really good service and support. the hotel pool is fine and maintained well. i was grateful for the relaxing atmosphere.

I noticed a slight delay in the sauna activation. It needed an hour's notice.

The staff provided an early check-in and a welcome drink of champagne! I received a fruit platter and a personalized message in my room. I booked a massage and found it perfectly relaxing. The therapist was very skilled. The breakfast buffet clearly labels allergens, a great touch for those with dietary restrictions.

The hotel allowed guests to keep their rooms on late, and some got it for free, though I had to pay.
