the staff was awesome. jason deserves a special shout-out! the air conditioning worked like a charm. i found the hotel to be very clean too!
the magnifying mirror in the bathroom? it was busted, the light wasn't working. it took me forever to connect to the wi-fi because the qr code had the wrong instructions. i kept getting messages to leave a review, even after i checked out!

Amazing getaway!

The pool was totally amazing, the cafe food tasted good and the staff were all friendly! The big pool was mainly for adults, it was so nice and chill. The rooms were super clean and comfy, i appreciate that a lot. I loved the professional and cute atmosphere when i arrive.
The ventilation in the room can be a bit noisy, even at the lowest level, it bothered me a little bit.

The breakfast buffet included everything imaginable with fresh and delicious food, it was great! The mint bar is perfect, i really loved the ambience, the cocktails and dishes available, so tasty. The quick service and the approachable staff members.

The large pool is mainly for adults, it is very clean, and very nice. The hotel offers a large spa with a great pool. There are also sauna and steam facilities available, all excellent.

The staff is very friendly and always makes an effort to, i think that is amazing! The employees remember your name and are very attentive, they stop whatever they are doing to assist. The service is immaculate, they treat you like royalty.

the pool was a nice size and was not too busy.
the spa was not clean. i even saw a dead cockroach while i was there. an employee said this was normal, not something i wanted to hear.

The bed was quite unstable. Any movement from my spouse was like an earthquake. The coffee available at breakfast tasted terrible. the ventilation system made a lot of noise, even on its lowest setting annoying I couldn't get a good night's sleep because of that awful noise
