they were always kind. they always smiled and looked for ways to help. mahmoud from the reception assisted me with flight issues. rafael from the restaurant was very kind too. i am very grateful.

the hotel charged me twice. i sent an email but received no response. the receptionist didn't believe me initially. a supervisor confirmed the error and refunded it. i'm still waiting for the refund to reflect.
