underwhelming stay near the sea

outdated roombathroom mould

my visit was rather disappointing. the room felt quite outdated. it lacked proper lighting. the bathroom door was difficult to manage and i also noticed some worrying signs of mould in the corners of the room

amazing stay with amazing views

I loved the outdoor pool area. It had so many sunbeds for everyone. the reception staff were always helpful and very nice to me. the food options were fantastic, with different themes every night. the restaurant staff looked very presentable and friendly.

Upgrading to a side sea view room was not the best decision. The view was not what i expected.

The hotel's location is superb. It is very close to the beach and local shops. there is a bus stop just a few meters away, giving easy access to other parts of the area and the airport. i found getting around very easy

the pool was clean. It was very relaxing to swim in. the food had a great variety of options (i really enjoyed the themed nights). i found the staff to be friendly and very helpful .

checking in was a bit of a hassle. i wasn't told about hotel timings or locations. this made it difficult to navigate the first morning (especially the breakfast area).

non-stop fun!!!

The animation team was amazing. patti and maz kept everyone engaged and brought such a fun vibe. i especially loved the morning archery sessions. Patti's encouragement was great. the cabaret show was fantastic. The singers and dancers were so talented!!!

the pillows were just not comfortable. it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of them. i wish they would invest in some better quality pillows.

the food selection was good and the staff was friendly enough.

The cleaning was unsatisfactory. I found a hair in the toilet upon arrival. the sheets were never changed during the week, and the floor was dusty under the furniture. non-stop music at 11:30 pm made it hard to sleep due to poor soundproofing.

The room was cleaned daily. the staff provided prompt service. the main pool was large and clean. It was great. i also appreciated that the location offered good sea views (i enjoyed watching the sunset each evening).

The hotel felt dated. the food selection was repetitive, which got boring after a few days. the wifi signal was weak. I often had trouble connecting.

A decent stay

I found the outdoor pool area excellent. There were many sunbeds available. I also appreciated the variety of food. There were different themes every night in the restaurant (this was especially enjoyable).

My clothes felt damp in the room. I am not sure if this was due to the air conditioning or something else. The maids woke me daily at 9 am even with the do not disturb sign on the door. I found the beach rocky and not very nice.
