the staff provided really good service. the grounds contained lots of green spaces with beautiful flowers.
i booked two sea view rooms with balconies but they were not available upon arrival. instead, we received subpar rooms lacking both a balcony and a view for the first night.

The Yailos pool bar food tasted amazing! The pool bar also offered restaurant quality food. The towel system worked very well. I could swap cards for towels starting at 8 am, that stopped people from reserving loungers without using them.

the hotel is beachfront! it is very well positioned, only minutes from serena bay. the hotel's yard has sunbeds extending on the grass, giving such a nice view. i really enjoyed having a restaurant and a pool bar right there!!!
the overly pushy staff about ordering extras, even in shared hotel spaces, was a little annoying.

The staff was super helpful. They always focus on the guests, wanting to. there was a person regularly meeting with all guests, always ready to discuss any concerns, and they always had a great customer attitude. i really felt special there.

The location is fine, right on the coast! access to the beach is very easy. You can walk along the coast for miles. the hotel has sprawling gardens and is close to the local town.

the hotel has thought through disabled access with ramp walkways. i saw the staff clear spills up immediately. there's a mini-market that is literally packed with goods. the hotel also has a library with magazines and board games!

the food was excellent, varied, fresh, and high quality. the food at the pool bar is restaurant quality! ingredients were clearly coded for those with special dietary needs and the hotel offered cows milk too.

The staff were always friendly, polite , and helpful . The hotel areas are warm and inviting. This creates a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent in every respect , and it was attentive and professional. The food was very nice. There was plenty of variety at breakfast. There were options of buffet and a la carte meals at lunch and evening.
