poor foodrude spa staff

the food was quite disappointing. Breakfast lacked variety, and some items tasted off. also, staff attitudes varied a lot. spa staff seemed unhelpful, and restaurant staff questioned us for getting desserts after dining elsewhere. these issues detract from the experience.

The facilities impressed me. The outdoor space with its beautiful pools and beach access provided ample room for relaxation. The efficiency in the restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was amazing. I loved that the hotel surprised my partner with a bottle of wine and a fruit plate for his birthday.

the management of the pools needs Improvement. The presence of small children in the 'adult' pool, and the early morning scramble for sunbeds were unwelcome.

The reception staff was very friendly and cute, always greeting guests with a smile, and I found this to be very nice. The staff was polite. Diana, Rebecca, Panagiota, and Alexandra were particularly helpful.

the sea view from my superior sea view room was divine! i woke up each morning to the sun shimmering on the water. the food was amazing!!! there was so much choice at the buffet each day. the pools were very clean and the water was so nice.

some staff were rude. i asked for more milk at breakfast, i was told to get it myself. there was no water in my room. i had to pay for it. the evening entertainment was dull.

The hotel location is near the beach, just a short walk away. Pools are available for both adults and children. The room had nice sea views. I appreciated the decor, it was modern.

Some staff member seemed new, because they sometimes didn't know how to answer simple requests. IT was A minor inconvenience.

The room I had was a superior side sea view room. There were two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, REALLY useful. The pool area had lots of loungers and a shaded section. That was a HUGE plus.

The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. It only has three treadmills.
