poor cleaningbroken plugs
I did find some issues . The cleaning in the room was not up to par. I found hairs in the bathroom when I first got there. some plugs in the room did not work, so charging things was a problem. I had to call IT twice (and even then they weren't fixed the next day).

The hotel room was quite spacious and very clean. The balcony had an amazing view. breakfast was quite varied with many options. The omelets were cooked perfectly. the gym had several machines. I used a treadmill. the spa treatments i received were very relaxing.
but the stairs were a good alternative.

The hotel provides direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches. It is fine and elegant. the hotel location, situated just above the beach. Offers amazing sunset views. It is modern and fine.

The staff greeted us with champagne and provided useful information. This was very cute! daily replenishment of water, tea, and coffee in the room was convenient. the team seemed professional. The atmosphere was warm and cute.

a reflective stay

The check-in was so quick and easy. i found the staff friendly, and the hotel was impeccably clean. i particularly enjoyed the varied breakfast and the well kept pools. the lobby and bar areas offered pleasant spaces during a rainy day. It was just perfect.
the gym needed another bench. i think an elliptical machine would have also been a great addition

the room was very clean. it included a balcony with a good sightline of the sea, and the space felt quite comfortable and spacious, giving ample room to relax and unwind after a long day.

The service stood out to me. the staff were very polite and courteous, always helpful and attentive to our needs. They were ready to assist with any requests, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. their dedication was great.

The food at the buffet was utterly delicious! the breakfast was varied, offering many options. i loved trying various local dishes. The quality and presentation of the food were consistently excellent. this enhanced the overall experience.

mixed feelings about this hotel
loud air conditioningdirty windows
the air conditioning was quite loud, and it kept shutting off whenever i left the room. this made it uncomfortable. especially in the summer heat. the dirty windows ruined any chance of a nice view.
