loud musicsmoking section

our family room was above the hotel bar. the noise bothered us, especially because music continued until midnight. the balcony lacked privacy for four guests. it only had two chairs, and smoke often drifted up from the bar below, i requested a different room, but the hotel didn't find a good solution.

I visited the hotel LAST week. The breakfast service was very GOOD. All staff tried to satisfy my needs. The beach area is well organized. I noticed clean sea and comfortable sunbeds. I enjoyed a lunch at the Tropical restaurant. I want to mention Alexander. He seemed very friendly.

the rooms were clean and everything felt fresh it really added to the experience. the gym was amazing i enjoyed the modern equipment that helped keep up with my fitness routine. i liked the multiple restaurant options available ensuring i could enjoy diverse cuisines throughout my stay

the adult pool area had a reserving policy it made finding a spot difficult during peak hours. the breakfast area was in a smoking zone which wasn't too awesome for a non smoker like me. i had an issue with the dinner charge which was not resolved immediately.
