really good service variety options easy beach access limited parking slow check-in cold pool water
georgia gave really good service. she were great to make sure we had everything we needed. the food had many options to suit every taste. the pools were wonderful. the main beach proximity was so easy to enjoy.
the parking spots seemed limited for all guests. i noticed the check-in procedure seemed long. it was only one pc was available per desk. the indoor pool water felt cold.

superb location friendly staff water price excessive deposit
the location was superb. i found the staff to be friendly (especially the cleaning ladies areti and maria).
i didn't like paying for water during dinner. i also felt the deposit of €300 was excessive (and they couldn't explain what it was for).

not quite the 5-star it claims to be
mold problem tiny room
the location is alright as you have access to the beach nearby.
the rooms were not great at all. there was mold in the bathroom and the room was tiny. they tried giving us a worse room than what we paid for which happened to others too. not happy with that at all.

clean room spacious bathroom wonderful view lighting system
The room was clean. The bathroom was spacious. The balcony provided wonderful views of Nissi Beach. The lighting system was very nice. The breakfast offered many options. The beds are SOOO comfortable!
There was only one English news channel.
