underwhelming experience
difficult service stained carpet
i found the service inconsistent. getting a drink by the pool was surprisingly difficult, requiring excessive wait times, up to 35 minutes once. i also encountered issues with the room, such as stains on the carpet . these problems detracted from the overall experience.

diverse breakfast food allergy awareness friendly staff excessive pricing rude driver high cost
The breakfast buffet was diverse. I saw many options. Restaurants such as LPM emphasized food allergy awareness , which I found very convenient. The staff was friendly at the Cafe.
The pricing structure felt excessive. A small bottle of water cost €1.50. Popsicles for kids were €5. Taxi drivers working with the hotel were rude.

great equipment perfect experience
the gym had great equipment. il teatro restaurant was perfect, and the food was delicious. anastasios, the waiter, was really friendly. but the whole experience was perfect!
