the staff coordinated a private wine tasting at quinta da portela! it felt magical. i also enjoyed access to both the outdoor and indoor pool.

My room felt a bit barren, lacking decorations. the bathroom had no counter space too. Just a handheld shower was available.

The hotel is near many dining places and wine region attractions. Staff were helpful and gave options for activities. Jessica was amazing. The outdoor swimming pool is heated and was nice for relaxation after visiting vineyards. The parking garage included public electric car charges, very convenient.

The hotel's bar menu is limited. It could be better with more variety and better prices.

The pool remained open 24 hours. That was a definite plus. i found my room to be very comfortable. breakfast had many choices. i appreciated the variety available each morning.

the location requires a short drive to the main town.
