the hotel views was amazing, a beautiful sight. the staff was helpful, they assist me with all my needs.
the bedroom seemed too small, it was quite limited. i also think the restaurant waiters werent friendly, they seemed unavailable.

Underwhelming Experience Despite Scenery
indifferent waitersunheated pool
The restaurant service disappointed me. The waiters seemed indifferent and hardly available. I found the lack of poolside service frustrating. There were no staff, no bar, and no restaurant by the pool, so getting refreshments required extra effort. The pool wasn't heated either, a disappointment considering I wanted a relaxing swim.

the location provides lovely views of the Douro River and vineyards. THE staff was particularly friendly and helpful. I found the grounds well maintained, nice for pleasant walks and exploration.
the absence of a gym was a noticeable omission for me. i would have appreciated having such a facility available .

my double room featured a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The air conditioning worked efficiently, so it maintained a constant temperature. A safe was available for securing personal belongings and provided peace of mind.

the staff members were very helpful and always ready to assist with requests. The reception area was clean and organised, so it made check-in and check-out quick. Daily housekeeping kept the room tidy and well-kept .

the location was beautiful, perfect for relaxation. the staff offered the best service i've had in a long time, they were very nice. breakfast was very good, particularly the freshly squeezed orange juice.
The bedroom was too small with very limited bathroom space. it felt modular and not like a real space. I also noticed a small window. there was no gym.
