the location among the rice fields was beautiful. i really liked the yoga classes offered. the shuttle service to the town was very useful.

the check-in process was really slow. i could hear noises from other rooms very easily. there were ants everywhere, and i know it is normal but i did not like it.

The food was great. The pool area resembles the provided photos. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The staff members are lovely and helpful. You cannot ask for more from them.

The sound insulation between levels was not adequate. I could hear noise from the room above mine.

the complimentary yoga on the roof was great. it overlooked the rice fields. the set menus for dinner were very nice. i also liked the regular shuttle into town (a grab is cheap too).

i found a lot of mosquitos in the area due to the rice fields nearby. i felt the female receptionist was slow during check in.

the pool villa wasn't great. the pool water was really cold so i couldn't even use it. the sunbeds looked worn and frankly, dirty. workers kept staring while i was trying to relax by the pool.

I found an issue with the pool villa which i paid extra for. The pool water registered as too cold for comfortable use and sunbeds looked very used.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially valued the respect they showed each other. yunarta and leo provided excellent service throughout my stay. the presidential suite was amazing. All staff members, including the breakfast team, offered excellent service.

the plugs for the sinks did not work properly, even after i asked for them to be fixed and someone came to address the issue. since we were only there for two nights, i chose not to bother them again. mould was visible in the shower.

The hotel provided a shuttle bus service to the town center. This proved to be very helpful. however, the drop-off point was not ideal for walking back, so i often needed to take a cab. this made getting around easier.
