I found the staff attentive. They arranged a wonderful surprise for my partner and me. The all-day breakfast was a good touch, we enjoyed it on our balcony overlooking the lush greenery.

The shuttle service to the town was a bit infrequent.

i found the staff to be very polite and helpful always ready to assist with any request i contacted the staff via whatsapp and they replied instantly the hotel offers a shuttle service to the center which was convenient the hotel's location is also near the center making it accessible

the pool temperature was a bit cold i learned that the pool is not heated which limited my ability to swim
