Jungle Paradise Found!

The spacious terrace gave us an unobstructed view of the jungle. It was AMAZING!!! The staff were really good. They cleaned up the flowers after our flower bath! The food tasted delicious, and the environment felt elegant, even during a rainy day. The room standards were VERY high and super clean.

The resort area is controlled by the local taxi mafia. It made getting a taxi using ride-share apps difficult.

The staff were super friendly, ready to assist with any needs that arose, and took care of every detail. Ari at the reception was very kind. Pande gave a ride with the car to the center. Win was a very nice person.

The staff showed amazing kindness. i greatly appreciated their readiness to assist with any request. the resort offered exquisite dining options, with meals prepared to perfection. the overall experience was great. I felt wonderfully cared for.

the absence of air conditioning in areas outside the rooms was a noticeable inconvenience. i found it a bit uncomfortable spending time in those spaces during the hotter parts of the day. this could be addressed to enhance guest comfort throughout the resort.

the pool was very clean and well kept. there is free transport to the city center three times a day. i thought that the spa facilities are excellent and provided relaxation.
