Really good Service and Beautiful Amenities!!!

The hotel's location is convenient. It's a short car or shuttle ride to the center. I found several restaurants nearby, and a convenience store is right outside. Breakfast had both Western and Indonesian options, with coffee and juice. The swimming pool overlooked the jungle.

The one-bedroom villas have a slightly strange layout. I noticed a small snake on the table one morning, though the staff addressed it quickly. This incident made me a little anxious, so I requested a room change.

The staff was very attentive. They catered to my needs efficiently and with great care. Communication was seamless, as the team could be easily reached via WhatsApp. I experienced prompt and effective responses to all requests.

The spacious villa included a complimentary mini bar stocked with soft drinks. I enjoyed the cultural touch of the daily Balinese gamelan music performance. The spa provides massages in a tranquil setting.
