i enjoyed the beautiful landscaping with many plants and flowers. the staff were always smiling and ready to help. dewa and dika. complimentary services and decorations added to the experience.

the road to the hotel needs improvement. it was the worst road i used. this made accessing the hotel somewhat difficult.

the staff remembered my name and my plans from previous days i thought this was really nice. the room was cleaned twice daily this i found to be very efficient. the swimming pool was nice and neat.

the resort is a little far from restaurants and shops this was an issue for me. the approach to the resort includes a pathway full of puddles i didn't like that. breakfast had a very limited food selection i wished it had more.

the staff always remembered my name and face. this created a very personal feeling. they have two pool and one included a pool bar. the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the center. it was organized very well.

the food at breakfast i had was disappointing. the food selection were very limited. i had to wait a while for my omelet. this happened despite only a few guests eating breakfast.
