The staff provided help with luggage due to numerous stairs.

The shuttle service operated infrequently. Reliance on external transport became necessary. Breakfast options seemed LIMITED. Variety disappointed. Sound insulation proved poor. Noise from adjacent rooms was audible.

I found the complimentary walk offered a lovely way to see the grounds! we made new friends during the walk and classes. the staff is present and always smiling, such a treasure. the pool was amazing and integrated into the nature around it. I never wanted to leave.

The wi-fi was slow.

This resort really charmed me. It was much better than expected. i especially liked the beautiful garden and the attention given to handcrafted details. the staff were cute and always ready to help with any information i needed.

the shuttle service had limited operating times. i needed to use ride-hailing apps or my own transport often. the breakfast was quite average as well (i wished there were more options).

Breakfast offered a diverse range of options suitable for different tastes. It was delicious. i found every meal (especially the pancakes!) to be a genuine pleasure. the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience.

The hotel provided rooms cleaned twice a day. This was excellent. fresh fruit was always available in my room, which i found to be a thoughtful touch. i also enjoyed the spa and massage services.

Very nice Stay

This place was special. The staff were attentive and kind. The rooms were cleaned twice daily, a excellent service. I always had fresh fruit in my room, a lovely and thoughtful touch. The atmosphere throughout the resort was peaceful and magical.

The location is a bit distant from the center, so transportation requires planning.

The resort offered a dedicated space for morning yoga and a variety of included activities. I enjoyed the spa and massage, impeccably clean and of very high quality. The massage was professional and relaxing.
