the location was fine , close enough to things , i suppose.
my room, a 'classic double room', was a joke. the noise from the street was ridiculous , some kind of festival or something i wasn't warned about. the breakfast was the same every single day , and the cutlery situation downstairs required a deposit , which i found insulting.

The staff were very helpful. They provided personalized attention. I was given information about my stay and the Winter Garden. The location was good, a short walk to the station.
Noise isolation was terrible. I woke up several times during the night due to people shouting on the street. I found the parking quite far from the hotel. The breakfast choice wasn't large (i expected more variety).

The room lacked proper soundproofing. Noisy individuals outside kept me awake. I also had to take the dirty dishes from room service back to reception. A 4-star hotel should really offer to collect those.

the noise isolation was not ideal as sounds from the main square sometimes disturbed the peace at night.
