The rooms impressed me with their spacious design. They had ample wardrobe space (more than I usually see in ski hotels). I found the ski-in, ski-out access convenient. Staff in the ski shop were helpful.

I did notice the complimentary shuttle service sometimes took longer than expected. On a couple of occasions, I waited around 25 minutes with my kids.

The hotel featured a good spa area, complete with an indoor pool. I especially appreciated the sauna. It really helped relax my muscles after skiing. The gym was sufficiently equipped for a quick workout.

The staff demonstrated amazing customer service. The reception team was always ready to assist with inquiries. The ski room personnel ensured equipment was ready each morning, which streamlined the ski preparation process.

The location provided immediate access to the slopes, nice for quick starts to the day. The hotel is also near local restaurants, though the walk back involves steep hills. A shuttle was available for transport (this was very handy).

the ski-in and ski-out location was convenient! the staff in reception were really good. the provided shuttle into town aided our evening dining plans. i found the staff across all departments, including the ski room and housekeeping, to be excellent .

the pool water could have been slightly warmer, though this is a minor point.

The room was clean and well-equipped. it had a comfortable layout. there was more wardrobe space than usual. a balcony was a feature of the room. I could see the beds were comfortable too
