Really good Ski Getaway
direct access hot chocolate vibrant atmosphere
The hotel offers direct access to the slopes. The ski locker room includes complimentary hot chocolate. The outdoor terrace has a vibrant atmosphere. A fire pit stays lit providing warmth. Live musicians perform in the afternoons which gave a perfect ending to the ski day.
The room cleaning service was occasionally inconsistent and required follow-up.

The location is excellent because you can ski directly to and from the hotel. Local shops are within walking distance which makes it easy to explore the area and purchase necessities. The hotel's central position enhances the overall convenience.

The room had a very comfortable bed with quality linens. The room included a well-stocked minibar, a coffee maker, and a tv. The large window offered ample natural light providing wonderful views.

good storage quality materials
the rooms had good storage space and quality materials was visible. the fire in the bar area was lovely, it was very relaxing. the staff proved excellent and helpful.
the lighting system in the rooms seemed quite convoluted for me.

slow coffee service inconvenient deposit
the location was pretty good for getting to the slopes.
The room felt quite small. I think it was a "privilege room slopes view". also, getting a coffee at breakfast was a slow process (it often took about 20 minutes). i also didn't care for the deposit system they used at check-in. It was like a bit of a hassle.
