the location was very central, with access to many attractions.

I found several issues . the room felt dated, and the furniture was worn. the bathroom had a very short shower hose, made showering difficult. I also spotted cracked tiles.

broken ac sliding door

the room i had was not up to par. the ac barely worked. it was frustrating, especially after traveling for so long. there was a cheesy sliding glass door on the tiny wc. i did not like that at all. the hotel should check these things more often.

restful nights extensive breakfast respectful staff arrival assistance

The hotel location is very nice. It offered easy access to many attractions. A very large, comfortable bed ensured restful nights of sleep for us both. Breakfast service was quite extensive with sweet and savory food. The staff, courteous and attentive, assisted with taxis and our luggage upon arrival.

The room's carpet had old stains, I noticed.

Position is superb because it is on a beautiful central city square. Access to attractions, dining, and public transit is immediate. One needs no car. The hotel allows one to explore the surrounding district with so much to see.

Front desk staff are polite and helpful, addressing requests efficiently. The team handles inquiries about dining and transport without issue. This makes arrival smoother. Assistance with luggage is always offered with prompt attention.

friendly staff central location old hotel broken ac

the staff was friendly and the location is near the center (i guess that's something).

The hotel feels old. It's definitely not a five-star experience. the room had no fresh air and the ac wasn't working (it was like a sauna). i had to switch rooms after complaining.

central location helpful staff really good service

I appreciated the very central location. It felt quite safe! the staff were helpful and gave great recommendations. breakfast was better than most and the service in the restaurant and at the front desk was really good.
