charmed by the alpine stay
ski accesswalking distancesauna hammamample space
i found the location perfect with ski in and out access. all services were within two minutes walking distance. the sauna hammam and jacuzzi added a lot to the stay. the room provided plenty of space for all our belongings.
the apartment lacked sufficient space to dry ski clothes for three people making it slightly inconvenient. the shower pressure was also quite weak which was a minor issue.

the staff offered warm welcome to every guest and gave helpful information when needed. the hotel is well located near mini markets shops and restaurants making errands simple to complete.

the apartment included everything needed for a longer stay with full equipment. views were amazing adding value. the apartment featured a balcony a nice sofa area and a well equipped kitchen with good utensils.

the location was perfect with ski in and out access all services were within 2 minutes of walking i enjoyed the sauna hammam and jacuzzi. the room had plenty of space wifi worked ok.
the spa is tiny it cannot accommodate everyone

The location was superb with ski-in and ski-out access (a real time-saver!). the underground parking complex was very efficient. I had no issues finding a spot. the apartment had everything i needed, including soap in the bathrooms and kitchen essentials.
the spa facilities felt a little underwhelming for a 5-star hotel.
