Great Stay at altitude
ski access efficient parking complex close proximity ski lockers
The location offered immediate ski access. Ski lockers opened directly onto the slopes. The underground parking complex was efficient. I appreciated the close proximity to shops near my building.
The spa looked a bit like a hospital and was REALLY crowded.

Staff members were generally friendly and helpful, saying hello and offering assistance. It was appreciable! Ski school pick up was quite easy. The reception staff addressed concerns promptly.

I used the sauna once. It was fine. The swimming pool overlooked Mont Blanc. There is a convenient locker room with access to the slopes. The outdoor jacuzzi was available.

There were many restaurants, pubs, and cafes nearby. A cute bakery was accessible. A supermarket was also available. I could find places that suited my taste.

inadequate temperature control nonexistent restaurant
The outdoor jacuzzis lacked adequate temperature control. They also were uncovered overnight, diminishing heat retention. The spa area did not provide towels. This forced us to carry them from our rooms. I also observed that advertised amenities, such as an on-site restaurant, were nonexistent. This was an inconvenience.

charmed by the alpine stay
ski access walking distance sauna hammam ample space
i found the location perfect with ski in and out access. all services were within two minutes walking distance. the sauna hammam and jacuzzi added a lot to the stay. the room provided plenty of space for all our belongings.
the apartment lacked sufficient space to dry ski clothes for three people making it slightly inconvenient. the shower pressure was also quite weak which was a minor issue.

the staff offered warm welcome to every guest and gave helpful information when needed. the hotel is well located near mini markets shops and restaurants making errands simple to complete.

the apartment included everything needed for a longer stay with full equipment. views were amazing adding value. the apartment featured a balcony a nice sofa area and a well equipped kitchen with good utensils.

perfect location plenty space
the location was perfect with ski in and out access all services were within 2 minutes of walking i enjoyed the sauna hammam and jacuzzi. the room had plenty of space wifi worked ok.
the spa is tiny it cannot accommodate everyone

fantastic ski getaway
ski access efficient parking kitchen essentials soap supply
The location was superb with ski-in and ski-out access (a real time-saver!). nearby, i found nice restaurants and a ski lift that brought me quickly to the slopes. the underground parking complex was very efficient. I had no issues finding a spot. the apartment had everything i needed, including soap in the bathrooms and kitchen essentials.
the spa facilities felt a little underwhelming for a 5-star hotel.

The hotel provides superb ski-in and ski-out access. This is especially convenient for families. a variety of restaurants are available nearby. the hotel has close proximity to the slopes.

the apartment included two bathrooms, which helped a lot with our family. we found the apartment spacious, well equipped, and clean, great to relax comfortably after a day on the slopes. the beds were very comfortable too.
