a amazing caldera experience

I found the location perfect, away from crowded areas. It offered a tranquil experience. i was happy to receive an unexpected room upgrade upon my early arrival. the staff provided excellent local recommendations, and i found them all very helpful. breakfast served in my room overlooking the sea was plentiful and good. a transfer was organized for me to and from the hotel, it included helpful historical insights.
I encountered slightly incomplete information regarding the different room types. It made choosing the right option a bit challenging.

The room was large and well-decorated with ample services provided. it included nice finishes and was very well built. breakfast was so great, with varied and tasty options. A perfect start to the day.

the staff was consistently pleasant and eager to assist with any need. they helped take my bags to the room and checked me in easily. i was greeted with complimentary drinks upon arrival, and the attentiveness was really charming.

the honeymoon suite with an outdoor hot tub offered a fine view. breakfast brought each morning included fresh choices. i found the location convenient for walking to fira along the coastal path. the area has restaurants and shops nearby.

the views were amazing when i arrived it was a wow factor. everything was super clean and the service was amazing. reception helped me organize a boat trip and booked airport transfers. they were friendly and gave recommendations.
the front office said their policy does not allow more than one bottle of water per person per stay i needed to buy more. the hotel is available for half the price i paid a couple of months ago. i was unwell and a late check out was given with a scowl
