Really good service and views

The staff were attentive. They upgraded us to a spacious suite upon arrival. The suite had two balconies, one with sun loungers and the other with a private hot tub. The location offered both privacy and easy access to the pedestrian walkway.
The breakfast area was a little crowded during peak hours. The indoor setting felt less appealing compared to the outdoor views.

The team addressed all needs quickly. The front desk team offered assistance with tailored trips. Restaurant staff remembered preferences and provided attentive poolside service. We loved the staff.

The infinity pool offered fine caldera views. There was a little super market right beside the hotel. The hotel's grounds were well maintained. But the view was amazing!

The hotel breakfast included many different options. I found the breakfast to be high quality. My room was spacious. It was always stocked with complimentary coffee and water.
Our room felt dark. It also felt poky and cluttered. The hot tub area and loungers were located directly on a main walkway. This area was in all-day shade.
