The complimentary shuttle service to town was very convenient. i used the on-site restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and found it consistently good. The breakfast buffet had many choices. staff even lent me an umbrella when it looked like rain.
The jacuzzi was not as clean as i expected. There were some leaves and bugs in it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . They offered assistance with various needs. some staff members spoke french and spanish. the staff clearly work very hard and keep a very high standard.

the staff was polite. the free shuttle to the town was very useful every other hour (saves a lot of hassle). i found the food at the restaurant delicious with many options. we enjoyed the various tours, scooter rentals, and even the in-room massages available.

the suite caldera view offered amazing views. the room included a seating area, a desk, and a balcony. there was also a mini-fridge stocked with drinks and snacks (a very nice touch!).

breakfast included a selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the restaurant offered local and international cuisine. (i especially enjoyed the fresh seafood!) they also have vegetarian options available.

the hotel is situated between fira and pyrgos, providing easy access to both. it is away from the crowds (something i really wanted). the views are very nice at all times of the day.

The restaurant service felt inconsistent. Some waiters were very friendly. Others were not. My room had a mild smell of mildew. I think the hotel should address that issue.
