the receptionist maria was helpful upon arrival. poppy was cute too! maria showed us to our room. it was super clean, and we got fresh towels daily. complementary drinks and sweet treats were offered as we relaxed by the pool before leaving. i received a bottle of wine at check out.

The hotel rooms were cleaned daily, a wonderful touch. the restaurant food portions were generous for the price i paid. the pool provided a quiet, relaxing environment. i found the pool ambiance inviting throughout the day. It was a real pleasure.

during my stay, i found that the reception area was sometimes unattended. this made it a bit difficult to ask questions or make requests promptly. i hope this is addressed .
