Enchanting Stay by the Sea

clean water breakfast juice beach access friendly staff

the pool area had clear water, I swam every morning. the breakfast buffet offered fresh juice, a real treat. the hotel gives beach access with sunbeds, these were so welcome each day. I found the staff friendly, especially at the beach area. they always smile.

One minor issue, I noticed ants on the terrace. This was easily resolved.

location places the hotel close to the sandy beach, access took less than five minutes. bus transport to chora is available, it is a short ride away. several restaurants sit near, offering dining options.

our sea view room offered daily refreshing of the towels. plenty of space and needed amenities were supplied. cleanliness standards seemed important, the rooms were super clean.

ant infestation missed service

the room i got, a double room sea view, wasnt great. i mean, it did the job, but there were ants crawling all over the terrace. i had to ask them to clean it, because that was disgusting. also, they forgot to clean my room one afternoon. i had to remind someone later, this isnt what i expect.

helpful staff beach beds comfortable bed

The staff was helpful and friendly. Beach beds and umbrellas were included in the service. The bed was very comfortable. The room furnishings and decoration were well done. I found the location convenient. A bus stop is right outside, providing easy access to other areas of the island.

The towels could benefit from being replaced.

Excellent Stay with Great Beach Access

warm welcome beautiful villa

I received a complimentary upgrade to a villa. It was quite beautiful. The reception staff offered a very warm welcome. I appreciated the short walk to the most beautiful beach.

I noticed that rooms appear to be left open after cleaning. I suspect this allows insects to enter the rooms. This issue should be addressed to ensure a more comfortable experience.

Wonderful beachfront experience

I appreciated the convenient port transportation service. The pool access was very convenient. The food was delicious with amazing quality ingredients. The hotel looked clean and well maintained.

The room felt basic, it was functional however. There was nothing particularly wrong. I just expected a little more based on the hotel's overall quality.

nice pool bar short walk upgraded suite

The staff IS very kind. They upgraded me to a suite with a pool upon arrival. This. The pool bar was nice, and the location was very nice (i LOVED it). The hotel is set back from the beach, but a short walk brings you to the most beautiful beach.

My room lacked blackout curtains, which allowed too much light in the mornings.
