the cleanliness was perfect, and the unique design created a romantic atmosphere. the location allowed us to wander and discover charming spots. It was special. i especially loved the helpful staff, they were attentive.

The lighting in the room was a bit too dim. It made doing my makeup a little challenging.

The hotel has an excellent gym. I insist!!! it is well-equipped, with multiple machines and free weights to maintain your fitness routine, it is spacious and very well maintained. the skybar offers panoramic views.

The location was very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the parking house right beside the hotel, which simplified travel. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The hotel's interior design was particularly fine.

The check-in process was quick, and the receptionist upgraded our breakfast. We could experience the skybar, it was very nice. The staff explained the dishes and helped us with our vegetarian preferences. The whole hotel experience was extraordinary, and I felt valued as a guest.

The lack of a kettle in the room was a bit inconvenient, it would have been nice to make tea.

i did not need to leave the hotel for the three days i stayed there. staff were very friendly. the food was amazing too.

there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. there were no usb sockets and no safe either.

the hotel room was clean and i felt safe. the spa facilities were amazing and relaxing, and i especially liked the outdoor pool (it was a true gem). i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

the breakfast had limited options, and finding old hair on my bed was unsettling.
