the cleanliness was perfect, and the unique design created a romantic atmosphere. the location allowed us to wander and discover charming spots. It was special. i especially loved the helpful staff, they were attentive.

The lighting in the room was a bit too dim. It made doing my makeup a little challenging.

The check-in process was quick, and the receptionist upgraded our breakfast. We could experience the skybar, it was very nice. The staff explained the dishes and helped us with our vegetarian preferences. The whole hotel experience was extraordinary, and I felt valued as a guest.

The lack of a kettle in the room was a bit inconvenient, it would have been nice to make tea.

i did not need to leave the hotel for the three days i stayed there. staff were very friendly. the food was amazing too.

the hotel room was clean and i felt safe. the spa facilities were amazing and relaxing, and i especially liked the outdoor pool (it was a true gem). i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

the breakfast had limited options, and finding old hair on my bed was unsettling.
