I found the gym to be very good. It featured plenty of equipment and many opportunities for weight training. The location felt secure to me.

The hotel only has one coffee machine during breakfast. Table service was also absent. It was chaotic with many guests having breakfast at the same time.

i stayed here a few nights (it felt too short!) and the super nice team. omar at the pool was always checking if i needed anything, which i loved. karim made check-in easy and greeted me every day with such a great smile (so cute!).

the air conditioners were loud like vacuum cleaners, a bit annoying.

The service was perfect. Mariam and Ali Khalil made my birthday lovely, ensuring every detail was perfect. The hotel has a stylish and modern design and the rooms were spacious. I definitely will come back!

The hotel gym always has a trainer on site, so it's uncomfortable working out there as a woman.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They provided early check-in. I also got a plug converter. As it was a special occasion, I received complimentary snacks in the room. This touch was nice!

The drinks menu did not include tax. Everything was more expensive than advertised. I also noticed a happy hour not made clear at any point.
