Super clean Stay in a Central Spot

The location was ideal, near the city center and various attractions. It made exploring quite easy. The room was super clean, with fresh towels and toiletries supplied, i appreciated the attention to detail. Access via a pin code sent through what's app simplified check-in, so it felt very modern.

The coffee machine offered limited choices. There wasn't an option for a simple black coffee.

The room featured a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. It included fresh towels, shampoo, hand wash, and body lotion. A hot drinks maker with tea and coffee was available. I found towel swans and chocolates awaiting me upon arrival.

The hotel does not have a breakfast service. That's something to keep in mind as you make plans for your mornings. A minibar is present for convenience, though i noticed the options are quite limited, so plan accordingly.

Location

The location is very central. It is close to New Street, Chinatown, and the canal quarter, which are all easy to reach. The hotel is a quick walk to the city center and the Bullring. That was very useful.

Service

10/10

Communication was first rate. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help, responding quickly through what's app. The hotel is unmanned. Entry is managed via a pin number sent a few days before arrival, but i did not find this to be a problem.
