This was my second visit. EVERYTHING was really good! I seemed like i was home. Steve is great. I am already looking forward to coming back again when I am up that way. I was very kindly allowed to extend my check-out time, because my event didn't start until early afternoon. The full english breakfast was served at my requested time.
honestly, the a449 road is a bit busy. there was some noise at night as my room faced the front of the hotel. being a very light sleeper, it slightly impacted my sleep.

There is plenty of parking space available, a real advantage. I noticed the honesty bar and the beverage choices in the room and thought they were an excellent touch and well-stocked. The staff members were friendly and cute.

My room felt spacious and was spotlessly clean. It included everything i needed, such as tea and coffee facilities. It was brightly decorated. The bedding included crisp sheets and soft pillows ensuring a relaxing sleep.

A Mixed Experience

The room felt cozy.
My stay had some real issues. The breakfast times were quite inconvenient for a weekday. They made it effectively unavailable given my work schedule. I also noted neglect in the decor of the 'superior King' room. There was a noticeable smell, which I traced back to the carpet itself. It really affected my sleep.

the room was spacious i found plenty of wardrobe space. i enjoyed the excellent breakfast it offered lots of choices and fruit.
the hotel is on a busy road it was very noisy during the night. i am a light sleeper so i did not get a good night's sleep.
