overcharge for breakfast

i was overcharged for two breakfasts i did not have. the front desk encouraged me to buy them, but the restaurant did not have us on the list. at check out, i was told i should not be charged, but i still was. this communication error was annoying!!!

The staff gave good advice on local attractions and dining options. the room was very comfortable. It featured a well-equipped en suite bathroom. i found the location was superb for exploring the area. I could walk to many sites. the hotel design is very tasteful.

The room lacked a coffee machine. It only had a water heater and no glasses.

The staff was very helpful. Minerva, in particular, gave me a warm welcome, i also enjoyed the restaurant right near the lobby, the waiters in the morning and evening were friendly! i loved the ensaladilla rusa. the room was comfortable, and clean. they provide a steamer for clothes which is a great touch.

The breakfast offerings didn't entirely align with the price point. I had expected a bit more variety for the cost, but overall the stay was still very positive.

The staff was generally helpful and friendly . The hotel provided a water boiler and USB chargers in the room, a nice touch. The location made it easy to reach many tourist areas.

The room was quite small, considering the price i paid. There was no coffee machine available, only a water kettle. Some promised care products were also missing.

I stayed at the hotel and the service was superb. The breakfast was great with good food. The staff were so great and gave a free bottle of cava in the room. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Everything you could need that you may have forgotten to pack is available.

My room was a little small, but I spend very little time in there.

the location are central. i appreciate the classy and elegant feel and comfort. green amenities are available, also comfortable bedding and a hair flat and curling iron are provided. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

breakfast were until 11 am. i arrived a little before 11 am. the waiter said there were only croissants. the waiter was super angry and hostile, he wouldn't stop talking and harassing me.
