I visited during the radio 2 festival. i received ample information about parking for the event and the hotel offered 24/7 staffing, beneficial. i dined at the italian restaurant. The lobster was amazing.

the room was clean. i found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. the on-site restaurant and pub were convenient, offering good food and drinks.
The breakfast wasn't great. I ordered poached eggs and they were overcooked. the room i had felt a bit outdated. cleaners were noisy in the next room at 9:30 am, well before the 11:00 am checkout time (i needed some extra rest).

I stayed in room 6 for two nights. the shower was fantastic. It had hot, powerful water. i found the staff to be friendly and cute . the surrounding area is really pretty with shops and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was not good. My poached eggs were hard. the waitress said the chef was having a bad morning. They are usually good.
